What is Skinmate Membership?
A free loyalty programme built around long-term skincare. Every Skinmate gets discounts on every order, earns points that convert 1:1 into store credit, and unlocks higher-tier benefits as their relationship with us grows.
How do I unlock Inner Circle?
Place your first order with Ice Secret — Inner Circle unlocks automatically. Status is lifetime: once you have it, it stays with you forever, no annual purchase required.
Is Private Circle for life too?
Private Circle is reviewed annually. Maintain it with S$1,200 in spend or 4 orders within any 12-month window. If you slow down, you gracefully rest your PC status — but you keep all Inner Circle benefits forever.
Can I combine my member discount with a promo code?
Inner Circle stacks with promo codes up to 30% total. Private Circle stacks up to 35%. Account Member 5% doesn't stack — the system picks whichever gives you more at checkout.
Do points expire?
After 18 months from the date you earned them. We'll send a reminder 30 days before expiry so nothing goes to waste.
How do I reach my Skin Concierge?
Over WhatsApp. Once you're an Inner Circle or Private Circle Skinmate, you'll receive a personal introduction from your Concierge. Account Members can book a one-off consultation through their account page.
What if I was a Gold or Platinum member before?
Gold members are now Inner Circle. Platinum and Diamond members are now Private Circle. Your points, order history, and any existing store credit are completely unchanged.
How are partner perks accessed?
When you reach Inner Circle or Private Circle, we send your Skinmate ID via WhatsApp. Show it at the partner venue and quote "ICESECRET" when booking. Your Concierge can also help confirm availability.
