Can pores actually shrink?

Pore size is genetic, but their visible appearance is controlled by how full and how firm the surrounding skin is. Niacinamide reduces oil production (less filling them up) and Oligopeptide-1 firms the skin around them — both measurably reduce visible pore size.

Is it safe during pregnancy?
